Save Time, Save Money, Eat Well

We all want to or need to save time, and money without sacrificing. But eating pasta, potatoes, rice, and boxed mac n cheese gets old pretty quick. Sure, you can feed your family at McDs and Jack, but at what cost to your health? When we pay $1 for a hamburger, we’re getting what we pay for. And, it’s true that our poorest in this country also suffer the most from obesity, strange dichotomy. The worst food is the most affordable and accessible.

The solution is meal prep kitchens. Prep kitchens like our’s use fresh, whole, and clean ingredients. We take time to make every cut of meat right and ensure all of our herbs and veggies are fresh. All packaged and shipped frozen dinners contain preservatives and fillers, ours don’t.

At a price per portion of under $4, you can get top quality cuts of meat, fresh ingredients, and a variety of menu options. You never have to serve the same thing twice (unless you want to because it’s so good!).

Another great advantage to prep kitchens is the reduced shopping time. Our customers have cut down significantly on shopping time and expense. Also, no more wasted veggies or meats in the fridge. With prep kitchens, you pay for what you use and that eliminates waste.

Prep kitchens can also create health and fitness menus. We offer many outstanding dishes for people struggling with obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, as well for those on fitness programs. Our entrees are pre portioned and simple to cook.

We don’t have to sacrifice to save and eat well.

Best of Phoenix - Prep Kitchen Dining In

Well November has been a good month. We continue to build on our menus and our customer base. We have such good customers. Nice people, nice families. We are proud to be in the community we serve.

We are now getting customers to the far south of us and they comment that our food is some of the best they've had in Phoenix. That's an incredible compliment knowing how and where our customers live and eat. These are folks who live well and travel the world.

Our orders are coming in for Thanksgiving and I'm telling you, those who get our side dishes are going to be amazed at the quality and taste of our side dishes. Thick creamy gravy that is addicting, holiday seasoned cranberries (a little sweet, a little tart) truly gives you a warm feeling when eaten. The cornbread stuffing with all the fresh veggies mixed and baked; amazing with gravy. And the sweet potato casserole. No marsh mellows, but a pecan and brown sugar crust that makes you want more. These sides are good anytime of year actually when you want that holiday feeling.

So overall, we're told we have excellent food, service, and quality. For this, I am extremely proud and hope to be able to serve more individuals and families throughout Phoenix.

Arizona's Healthy Prep Kitchen

I'll just start off by saying that our newest additions to our menu have been very well received. Our new weight loss and toning menus are extremely healthy and tasty. I sure would like to afford a way to get the word out about what we're doing. Everyday is a challenge, and our customers are just absolutely awesome.

So many have told us that what we prep they can't get in a restaurant or are able to make at home; that is a huge compliment. As we build our menus, I hope we can serve our community in so many other ways.

Our newest customers include retirees that need to eat healthy "per Dr. orders" and we've been able to make this easy for them. The holidays are always a time to eat well and spend time with family. Good thing we have a low fat menu we can all fall back on!

Healthy Eating

The hardest part about keeping in good shape is eating right at home, at work, on the weekend, etc. So we created a whole menu dedicated to portion size, high protein, low fat, low sodium, and low cholesterol. This menu really fits everyone who wants to manage their calories. Every entree is portioned out by 4oz, 6oz, and 8oz portions. It’s so easy.

We offer fish, chicken, filet mignon, pork tenderloin, and soon turkey. Healthy eating professionals and doctors, state that 1500mg of sodium per day is good. Our entrees are 500mg or lower. We’re hoping to build on our menu and will continue to offer more options.

If you want to check out our menus or consult with us, please visit us at:

I feel really good about what we're doing. As a former trainer, I know we're offering the very best in quality and nutrition at a price that fits all budgets.

What is a Meal Prep Kitchen?

A ‘prep kitchen’ is a hybrid between grocery store and a restaurant. The key is the freshness of most prep kitchens - those who do it right have professional working kitchens, chef on staff, and build each entree to order from fresh, whole, clean ingredients. Now, some ‘kitchens’ get all of their ingredients pre-diced and simply open cans, dump ingredients, etc………..That’s not value, that’s not fresh. Trust me, I’ve seen it.

When we embarked on this journey, we decided that quality was #1 in all aspects. We already knew that we loved the concept of quickly making dinner while having all the ingredients pre-measured and portioned. It was like having a cooking show. Very very easy. Not being a franchise really allowed us the complete flexibility to interview suppliers and choose the very best; which we have. Owning our own company enables us to tailor make pretty much anything for our friends and customers. We work around Weight Watchers menus, personal trainers, Curves, and physician dictated menus.

The original business model had customers assembling their meals for the month, but that has since drastically changed. Just about the only folks who assemble these days are the private party groups. These are really fun events. At Dash n’ Dine, we turn up the music then prep several appetizers from our menu and serve them up throughout the party. The party goers bring their own spirits and have a ‘happy hour’ assembling their family’s dinners for the month. And they get to socialize and have some food!

So what is a prep kitchen? It’s really a place where you only pay for the ingredients you use and leave the mess behind. We have so many customers with kids who ask “what’s for dinner?” Now there’s an easy answer and the kids can easily make dinner for themselves and their family!

NO HASSLE HOME COOKING at its best!
